Partitioning
Willis organ

The shorter length pews were stored on the scaffolding tower The double length pews, from the South Aisle were sawn in half so that they can also fit into the tower stack.

The partitioning was neatly fitted, floor to ceiling, within the column profiles

The Father Willis organ was due
to be dismantled and refurbished
too. In the meantime an electronic
organ was temporarily
installed in the Lady chapel

Trinity Chapel

North Aisle

Parish Church nave

Above is the view of the Trinity
chapel as the congregation saw
it during Sunday worship.

Behind them the floor to ceiling partitioning kept dust away
during the renovation of the
nave floor.

The viewing window allowed a view across to the South door and porch. It also gave a good sighting of the construction of the old floor
